  • Introduced new material technology into the cable manufacturing market, including products that are flame retardant, waterblocking, binding, bedding, semi-conductive, insulating, etc.
  • Introduced optical fiber T/R electronics into the Regional Bell Operating Company (RBOC) FTTH market and into the CATV market, allowing significantly increased bandwidth over much greater distances.
  • Spent several years in the Outside Plant (OSP) telecom field, gaining expertise in underground cable locating; installation and repair of aerial and buried cables; and OSP distribution cable engineering.
